Once you have placed your order, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it and prepare it for shipment. Delivery times usually vary between 7 and 15 working days, depending on the destination country and the specific product. We offer worldwide shipping and guarantee delivery to all countries.
You can return products within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided they are in their original condition and packaging intact. If more than 14 days have passed, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service first for return instructions.
